BUYDEEM cookware: a saucepan, Dutch oven and ceramic pan in daily use
Reviewed: BUYDEEM 18cm nonstick saucepan, BUYDEEM 22cm enameled Dutch oven, BUYDEEM 28cm ceramic nonstick panRegional reference: BUYDEEM CP141 (US); BUYDEEM CP551 (US); BUYDEEM PL51 (US)
I serve noodles straight from my BUYDEEM saucepan, make soup in the enamel pot, and use a newer ceramic pan for shellfish and eggs.
There are new favorites, old favorites, emotional value and practical value. I only recommend things I use myself, and I also welcome your recommendations in return.
Saucepan collection: I really love the retro, nostalgic texture of small enamel saucepans; they seem to preserve the aroma of the egg noodles I loved as a child. Their appearance is impeccable, but remember that enamel cookware handles become hot after heating, so you need to use oven mitts. The BUYDEEM small saucepan is more hard-wearing. Its two pouring spouts are very practical, and it is also nonstick, so I can fry eggs and luncheon meat in it. The handle stays cool. I usually serve the noodles directly after cooking, so one pan handles a one-person meal without extra dishes to wash.
BUYDEEM enameled Dutch oven—22cm: You either use an enameled Dutch oven zero times or countless times. Only after using one did I realize how practical it is, especially because the seal is genuinely excellent. I tested the water level before and after making soup, and there was almost no difference. The soup tasted good, the meat was not dry, and the ingredients retained their original flavor. This pot is truly made for substantial dishes: it looks beautiful and is easy to clean. It is an all-rounder, and I sincerely recommend it. If you do not own an enameled Dutch oven yet, you really could get one.
BUYDEEM ceramic nonstick pan—28cm: It is extremely easy and convenient to use. The ceramic surface is safer and more wear-resistant than ordinary coatings, so I can stir-fry hard ingredients such as clams and crabs without worrying about scratching the pan wall. The nonstick performance is also excellent: even an egg fried without oil does not stick. Cooking with less oil is healthier.
Clay-pot collection: I generally use shallow pots for sizzling and covered baking, while deeper pots work well for quick dishes such as fish-head soup. They should not be used for heavily seasoned foods because they can stain easily. Overall, Chinese-made products are not inferior to Japanese Banko ware in either performance or value; their appearance could still improve.
The important things in life are food and drink. I look forward to continuing to eat and drink well with my handsome pots this year. BUYDEEM enameled Dutch oven.

The 18cm saucepan routine (US BUYDEEM CP141 reference)
The owner uses the 18cm saucepan for a one-person noodle meal and serves it straight from the pot, reducing the dishes to wash. Its two pouring spouts and cooler handle are the practical contrast with the nostalgic enamel saucepans, whose handles need mitts. The annotated collection photo says the BUYDEEM saucepan and enamel pot have been in use for years, while the ceramic pan is a recent addition.
The US BUYDEEM CP141 is listed at 1.9 quarts, with a cast-aluminum body, pouring spout and all-stovetop compatibility. BUYDEEM describes its ILAG triple-layer coating as PFOS/PFOA-free. These are specifications for the US reference; the owner identifies an 18cm dark nonstick saucepan without a visible product code.
Soup in the 22cm Dutch oven (US BUYDEEM CP551 reference)
The owner saw almost no change in the water level before and after making soup in the 22cm pot and liked the tender meat. A source photo names sugarcane lamb soup as a winter favorite. No cooking duration, heat setting or measured evaporation amount is given, so this remains an individual cooking observation rather than a quantified retention test.
The US BUYDEEM CP551 is larger: its official specifications list 3.9L, about 25cm in diameter and 5.7kg. That size and empty weight matter when choosing portions and lifting a filled pot to the sink. The source’s 22cm pot should not be assigned those measurements.
Shellfish and eggs in the ceramic pan (US BUYDEEM PL51 reference)
The owner says they are comfortable cooking clams and crab without worrying about scratches, and reports that an egg releases without oil. This is useful context for the newer pan’s role alongside the older pots. It does not establish coating life or universal scratch resistance; the broader safety and health claims are the owner’s views.
BUYDEEM lists the related US PL51 at 3.6 quarts for three to four servings, with all-stovetop compatibility and a ceramic coating advertised as PFAS/PFOS/PFOA-free. The household roles are different from the small saucepan’s one-person meal: choose capacity for the dishes you make, and use the coating information for the specific model you buy.
Hot handles and clay-pot staining
The owner still enjoys the enamel saucepans’ nostalgic look, but uses mitts for their hot handles and reaches more often for the BUYDEEM nonstick saucepan. The clay pots serve another role: shallow sizzling dishes and deeper fish-head soups. The account and annotated photographs distinguish easy-cleaning Chinese-made pots from Japanese Banko ware that shows more cooking marks; these observations do not identify a specific overseas clay-pot model.
