My Fissler 24 cm stainless steel pan fits four small patties

I made eight small patties in my 24 cm Fissler stainless steel pan, fitting four at once, and found it manageable to toss one-handed.
I made eight small patties. The 24 cm size was just right for frying four at once, and the weight was manageable enough for me to toss the pan one-handed. When used properly, it also kept food from sticking. The price was especially appealing.
I was looking for a change from nonstick cookware, so I switched to stainless steel. Being able to put it in the dishwasher without fuss was another attraction.

The source identifies a 24 cm Fissler stainless steel frying pan bought in China, but does not establish its series or SKU. The current US Fissler M5 Pro-Ply is a related same-brand uncoated pan, not confirmation that the owner's pan is an M5; its features therefore apply only to the US model.

What the 24 cm pan handled
The author made eight small patties, fitting four in the pan at a time, and found it manageable to toss one-handed. No pan weight or patty dimensions were measured.
The claim of good release is conditional on using it properly. Heat settings, oil quantity and preheating method are not supplied.
Why the owner chose stainless steel
Dishwasher convenience helped motivate the switch from nonstick cookware. The post does not describe a completed dishwasher test.
What the US M5 reference adds
The US M5 has five bonded steel/aluminium layers, a rivet-free interior and sealed rim. It is a current regional option, with no evidence equating it to the source pan.
For the M5, Fissler recommends medium preheating, the water-drop test, briefly warming the oil and waiting for food to release before turning it.
The source photos provide a practical view of a small batch in a24cm pan. Capacity in another pan depends on its flat cooking area and the size of the food.
