What Sakura used

Sakura’s post says meat becomes tender in about 10 minutes; the video’s on-screen text gives 18 minutes at a claimed 120 kPa for pork trotters. Neither provides a defined timing method, so these are separate reported results rather than a verified total cooking time.

This is an initial-use demonstration. It shows a pork dish, lid changes and cleaning, without establishing long-term durability or consistency across repeated meals.

One cooker, two cooking modes

The pressure lid and glass lid give Sakura two uses for the same vessel: pressure cooking and ordinary soup or hot-pot cooking. The small footprint and removable pressure lid are the practical features demonstrated.

The video describes 3L as enough for a family of three. That is the creator’s portion assessment; whether the compact pot suits a household depends on the dish and serving sizes.

Cleaning and care limits

LINKFAIR’s general care guide recommends disassembly, warm soapy water and avoiding abrasive scrubbers. That fits the cleaning shown, but it is not a Linglong 3L manual and does not confirm dishwasher suitability for every lid component.

The video’s quick-release claim is part of the demonstration. Use the instructions for the particular cooker and food when filling, releasing pressure and opening the lid; the maker’s general guide also advises checking seals and following the applicable release instructions.

What to check before importing

The identified US channel is a cross-border marketplace seller. Check who supplies replacement seals and lids and handles after-sales problems, particularly if local manufacturer support matters to the purchase.

The listing does not establish whether its package includes the glass lid or a steamer rack. Confirm those accessories if the two-lid cooking setup is the reason for choosing this pot.
